Cookie Policy

A quick look at the cookies we use and why. Spoiler: just the essentials.

Effective date: April 4, 2026

§1. What Are Cookies

Cookies are small text files stored on your device by your web browser when you visit a website. They serve various purposes such as remembering your preferences, maintaining your session, and ensuring security.

§2. Cookies We Use

Essential Cookies (no consent required)

These cookies are strictly necessary for the Service to function. They cannot be disabled.

Security

The Service uses Cloudflare Turnstile to protect login and registration forms against bots. Turnstile may set temporary session cookies necessary for security verification. Turnstile is designed with privacy in mind — it does not track users across websites.

Error Monitoring

The Service uses Sentry for error and performance monitoring. Sentry may set session cookies to correlate error events within a single browser session. This data is used solely for detecting and fixing technical errors.

Analytics

We use Umami, a privacy-friendly, self-hosted analytics tool. Umami does NOT use cookies and does not track users across websites.

Payment Cookies

When you interact with the Paddle checkout overlay, Paddle may set temporary session cookies necessary for payment processing.

§3. Third-Party Cookies

We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any advertising or tracking cookies. The only third-party cookies that may appear are: Paddle session cookies during checkout, Cloudflare Turnstile session cookies during security verification, and Sentry session cookies during error monitoring. None of these mechanisms are used for advertising-based user tracking.

§4. Managing Cookies

You can manage cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers allow you to block or delete cookies. Note that blocking essential cookies will prevent you from using the Service (particularly logging in). You can also use incognito/private mode to prevent cookie storage.

§5. Changes to Cookie Policy

We may update this Cookie Policy when the technologies we use change. Significant changes will be announced on the Service website.
